Penance Bug for Psyker: Challenge "Warp Battery" needs to be completed on mission level Heresy or higher, not Malice. Otherwise just walk around with a full charge for 5 minutes.

Yea I'm getting this bug/typo too. Have done it multiple times on Malice and don't get any completion.

Oh man, I thought I was going crazy. Same here! I just did it twice in one mission and still didn't get it on Malice.

I just got this stupid penance today and I was on heresy difficulty.

Yup it sounds like it’s either written incorrectly or bugged to not give it at Malice rank. Doing it on heresy apparently works.

You got me, went and did it on heresy and got the pop, now to just figure out how to knock 20 enemies off a ledge in 3 seconds lmao, was too busy fuming last night about it to come correct myself

How exactly does it work ? Do I have to stay at 100% for 5 minutes straight or can there be pauses in between ?
It's max warp charges. You get one for every brain burst. Max is between 4 and 6 depending on your feats.

You gain a stack of 1 Warp Charge per Brain Burst.
You need 4 stacks to be at Max Charges (4 Brain Burst kills)
The charge lasts for 25 seconds. It refreshes the charge to 25 seconds again every time you kill with Brain Burst.
So while at max stacks of warp charge (4) you must maintain those 4 charges (by killing with brain burst before the 25 second cooldown expires) for 5 minutes straight.
At any point during those 5 minutes, you let your warp charges expire due to not killing with brain burst within the 25 second window, you lose all your stacks of warp charge. You will then need to start the process over again
