Is puck a good hero?

My friend doesn't believe that puck is a good hero but I say other wise. People of the Dota 2 Subreddit, please give reasons why you think she's a good hero or reasons why you think that she's not a good hero. The main argument is that, other supports can do a better job than her at everything. Oh and btw every single of your answers on why she is good, ill try to beat down with the arguments ive heard from him lolol:D
