You can always send in your application via mail along with a copy of your DD214

EAS was Aug 6 and have a copy of DD214, I'm just wondering what channel would I take this up to? VA email?

When was your EAS? If you have a copy of your DD214 that would also help as well

I am attempting to file a VA claim but the VA cannot find any records matching my personnel information. All of the information is correct as I have never changed my HOR or had a name change. Would this due to being a reservist getting off of Title 10 orders? If so how do I request the DoD to send the VA my medical records.
