Dash Camera Recommendations

Question

Hello I am seeking a camera for a 2010 accord. The main purpose for the camera is because we live in apartments and I’m scared my vehicle will get broken into. Someone broke into the mailboxes and I park right in front facing the mailboxes about two to four feet away from them. So something that works when the car is off would be great. We have a motion sensing light so lighting isn’t really an issue. Anything else is a plus don’t really have a budget. Was gonna try security cameras but I’ve been wanting a dash cam for a while.

+1 on this too. But also, to activate Cloud, you do need an LTE module called the CM100G-LTE with an active SIM card. Chat with us if you'd like to learn more. This would be the most expensive option.

Another option with Cloud could be the BlackVue DR750X-2CH Plus LTE (which doesn't require an LTE module because you can slot the SIM card directly into the device). Add a B-124X and that could be a solution as well.

A cloud-based dash cam might be better for your application!

Cloud feature allows you to get notified through your phone even when you're away from your car, so if anybody breaks into your car, you will get notified right away.

Alternatively if you didn't have Cloud and someone breaks into your car, you wouldn't find out until you returned back to your car and grab the footage from your local SD card storage.
