Just moved to Memphis! Got advice on good high speed ISPs?

I'm not a fan of contracts or the big media companies (Comcast, AT&T), but I'm open to any and all options. Specifically, I cannot do bundles. I just want to find that perfect balance between speed and cost. I'm happy to call myself a local now, but I'd appreciate the advice of seasoned vets!
