This is a simple love poem, but I think you could develop it into something more substantial and personal. As it is, it could be written by anybody, for anybody, and that dillutes the sentiment. The language is sweet, but clichéd ("hopeless romantic"; "turn my world upside down"). The rhyming befits a traditional romantic poem, but it's inconsistent, and in some cases you rhyme the same word with itself.  
         
One exercise I'd try is removing the rhymes and seeing if what you're left with still feels like poetry. Rhyme can elevate a piece, but it can also distract from the substance; you can end up so preoccupied with finding words that sound similar, you forget that every single line - or even word - is an opportunity to say something different; something original.  
    
Now you've stripped out the rhyme, look at the clichés. Look at each assertion made by the speaker, each declaration of what this all-consuming love does to them, and has made them do, and see if you can word i

The overall poetry is really simple and nice which is good cus it's easy to understand the meaning behind it. There could be some more enhancements which I guess comes with more time and progress, otherwise it's a likable bittersweet poem. Good job !

If I'm being honest, I haven't a clue  
Never really knew how I fell for you
