Multiple stores, just check the region listings.
West region is all California stores, it seems. Very limited promo, by the look of it.

Well, no surprise that it's not available in Arkansas. Walmart must not have wanted to participate.
There is one store in NC participating and it's on the outer banks

The only store in Florida is GULFSIDE IGA PLLUS in Carrabelle. If you've never heard of it, you're in good company as I'm a native Floridian and it rings no bells.
