What do you think about Menstruation breaks? (like when a woman gets a lot of Menstruation pain so she gets off from work but is still getting payed)

Personally i I think it’s a two sided sword, on one hand it is good because some people get super heavy period pains (sometimes people who usually don’t get them that heavy do too which ik from myself and some of my friends) and it makes doing daily tasks very hard, having to deal with that much pain. So on that side it’s good but on the other hand this will make woman in jobs more unattractive to the ppl giving them the job (idk the word in english Arbeitgeber) so there would be less woman in leading positions ect.
