Organization help

How does everyone organize their paintings and all the supplies with it? I try to flatten my paintings out asap so they are ready when I am. But struggling with organizing all the crystals, pens, trays and all the other odds and ends that we use. I don’t use the pens or tray that come with each painting but have several large ones to put away as well.
