Q: About getting more powerful:

Thanks In advance for help/advice - I have been playing for a while and have gain a bunch of goodies on all fronts but seem stale. Have socketed gems, have upgraded equipment to level 7/8, have millions in gold and other bounties of all kinds (none paid for) but am not growing more powerful. Seems when I come across others while in quest, they barnstorm through areas I have tried 20 times…I am a Demond Hunter around “level” 160.
