AITC for bite my big brothers?

My name is Spook and the humans think I am about six months old (very grown-up). I am a very polite cat but my lazy big brothers are NOT.

I like to play! Chasing, wrestling, and trying to catch the red dot are my favorite things to do besides eating. But my big brothers are 2 years old and VERY not fun. They will play with me sometimes but never enough. So sometimes I will bite their necks. The humans don't like that and pull me off but I think it's what they deserve. If my brothers hiss at me I leave but if no hiss, I bite! That's fair, I think. But the humans scold me. They play with me lots too but it's never enough I want to play ALL THE TIME. I bite if I'm not having enough fun. Very simple! But AITC for biting?
