Need serious help

I read Neville more than 2 years but not been able to manifest anything I also have ADHD When I imagine i am not been able to sensory vividness not also not able to concentrate on imaginal act so also not tones of reality so can anyone help ?

I have to pay some rent , i have also deep obsession for branded clothes again no succes. 😑
