Simplistic Music Player for Dad

Hi y’all, my dad is currently in later stages of Alzheimer’s and he’s lost his ability to use a cell phone or operate most kinds of computing devices. Music is one of the few things he still has that he can remember and it brings his spirits up instantly. Im looking for any advice on mp3 players that I could get for him that’s as simple as possible for him to use. A few buttons as possible, a large size (harder to loose), maybe even a way to attach it to his belt.

Does anything like that exist? I just want to give him something to keep his spirits raised and most devices I’ve found seem too complex for him at this stage.
