Family AirBnb Changing hands

My sister has a cute little cottage that she's used as an Air Bnb for more than 10 years. She is a Super Host and has almost 400 reviews. She is looking to retire and has offered to sell to my wife and I. My question is, is there a way to take over her AirBnb account so all her reviews are not deleted. I am not concerned with having the Super Host status as we start up. We will earn that in time. Or, do we have to delist her property and set it up in our name starting over? My wife and I are excited about this opportunity.
