I think I want to get a diagnosis who do I go too?

I have my regular primary doc appointment Tuesday. Based on what I’ve been reading on here and in the ADHD subreddit and those apps on iPhone (lol) I think I want to speak with my doc about this. Who do I go too? My insurance will pay for virtual visits btw.

I’m in a rural area and honestly some of these behavioral health places are worthless and I feel won’t take my serious as an adult. I think that’s my biggest fear. I might need something for adhd but idk. It did feel good to type this out.
