How do you manage to live a good life after losing the whole family?

[Support]

I am currently NC with my narcissistic mother.

So far I have been able to stay in touch with enabler dad and my siblings (siblings both still live at home with them) + some other relatives, at first people were quite supportive but some of them are already turning into flying monkeys. In addition to that, my enabler dad who I always had a good relationship with is acting like a coward. He won't meet me, he calls and acts all sweet and says he gets it, but then when he is supposed to show it through acting he clearly does not have enough to come visit me on his own (I live in a different town).. he did not even meet with me at grandma's (his mother's) when I was in my hometown for the first time since I went NC (he panicked when I called him and told him that I would be in town but would not be coming to their house due to NC with mother and I suggested to him that he could meet me for coffee at his mum's - I was going to visit her anyway - he just made stupid excuses until I stopped asking cause I realised he would not be able to stand up to nMother.. surprise, surprise, why was I even surprised)

I feel like sooner or later I will lose my dad and my grandma (his mother) because even though they say they understand how bad my mother is they are acting weird. He won't make an effort to meet with me without her, which to me is the same as siding with her over me.

This grandma who has a horrible relationship with my mother herself was always close to me and now she suddenly started changing her opinion out of nowhere and talking about how this cannot stay like this forever and I just need to forgive my mother - I stopped the grandma right there and told her that this was not cool and this was between me and my mother and I was under no obligation to have a relationship with her or even forgive her - but it was still so painful to hear this from my granny who was the one that originally went VLC with my mother long time ago and always says that she is a horrible person and stuff like that.

Also, I cannot always be the one trying to initiate meeting my dad if it is clearly not something he is willing to do. Talking to my beloved grandma suddenly feels odd too :/

I am 30 years old, have my own life, husband, job, live 3 hour drive from my family and I know I am right in sticking to NC but it is incredibly sad to possibly lose them all.

Healing from having such a terrible mother is one thing, already so so tough, but losing everyone just feels too heavy to ever process. A side note - I go to therapy for dealing with this, it's been helpful in many ways though it is the kind of therapist that does not give suggestions but rather helps connect the dots and makes you figure things out on your own. Sometimes I wish she just said "NC is what you have to stick with and that is how you will finally heal!!" to be honest..

Sorry for ranting so much.. but how does one heal from all this? How does one move on? I see so many stories here about how people just flourish after cutting everyone off, I know it takes time to get there (it has only been 3 months of NC for me) but honestly it feels like too much to ever process :(

I am just feeling really really down today.

I just want to focus on my life and be ok but sometimes I wonder if I can ever be ok after all of this.
