Omen Vector scroll wheel issues

Got an Omen Vector Essential Mouse back in August and now I'm having issues with the scroll wheel.

It either lags, stutters, scrolls in reverse (yes, reverse) for a bit or seems to move but nothing happens.

How do I open the mouse to clean it or how can I fix this?
