Afloat

Life is the Wave I ride every single day,

I am constantly led astray,

I do not have the time to say,

to call,

to cry anything at all,

because I am dragged down,

crushed under the waterfall,

I drown,

unable to stay afloat,

I am deep in the waters of the Ocean of Life,

I am sinking down into the cold darkness of strife,

someone build me a boat,

I cannot stay afloat.
