What should I use my HOps 0s-BIA crew on?

I'm currently grinding Obj. 277, IS-4 lines and I don't have crews for them yet, but I also lack full BIA crews on some other tanks. I'm expanding my T10 fleet for Onslaught and I want to have several tanks to pick from for different maps/teams. I'm not sure yet which tanks I'll like the most of those and I've already have 3skill crews for S.Conq, 60TP and CS-63(3/4 0s-BIA). Löwe is my go-to credit earner, but 703 and Škoda T56 I just bought and haven't accustomed to them yet.
