Is somebody else’s distant drama
Spoiling your evening?
Have you found someone to blame for it yet?
Isn’t it annoying when they don’t understand
That when you say x, you don’t mean x?
Don’t they ever listen?
Not even getting your wish
Will ever cure the fact
That it took longer than you wanted
And when something is wrong
Something SHOULDN’T be wrong
So really we have two problems
There’s a whole world of evil to hate your life with
But resentment will set you free
Because you’re not bitter, you’re just right
And happiness is fleeting, but being right is forever
