Iran starts construction of second NPP with IR-360 reactor

It is a 360 MWe PWR based on Beznau-1 reactor from Westinghouse.

They have centrifuges so I don't understand the fear of them creating plutonium with a PWR. Seems like a shit way to get weapons material.

Centrifuges cascades are more easily defended and easier to hide than a nuclear plant spinning metal.
