my worst enemy

I (23F) have been single my whole life and I have never been even close to a relationship. I love to pretend everything is fine with that but clearly it isn't, I've tried for months on Bumble but everytime someone ask me out I cancel because I get panic attacks so, I think I'm my worst enemy on this topic. I feel lonely but at the same time I'm the one who ruins the opportunities.
