ek aio rgb not working

As above I built a new computer yesterday and everything is working fine with the ek aio fans are working pump is working Temps are staying at 56-59°C even under load but for some reason I can't get the rgb to work. I've double checked everything and currently have the fans plugged into a Jrainbow header and I've tried running the rans and the part that connects to the cpu together on the same header and separate because my mother board as 2 j rainbow headers from what I can tell. I'll include all my specs below any help or suggestions appreciated thanks.
