is it too late to learn to figure skate at 22?

sorry if there are threads similar to this already. So I, (22F), really want to learn to figure skate but i feel as though its too late for me. I come from a poorer background so my parents could never afford lessons when I was a child and as I grew up I feel as though its too late for me to start now. I'm not sure.

Is it too late? and if not, where would I even start??
