Is there a Minecraft server host service that actually transparently discloses what CPU/cores you get along with your RAM?

Basically all services I've seen so far don't bother disclosing the computing power and just tell you "More RAM more better" when that's absolutely false. I'm just looking for a small server with literally just 1-3 friends but we do want to build large farms and plan on doing redstone stuff, so it definitely needs some power.
