Is there any difference between buying a vehicle in your company's name vs buying one in your name and reimbursing yourself for business usage?

My SUV is no longer cutting it for the amount of towing I have to do, so I want to upgrade to a 3/4 ton truck. I'm trying to understand what route makes the most sense. I'd like to use it about 50% for business and 50% for personal, but if that's not appropriate, I could keep my SUV for personal use and use the truck for business use only.
