our FedEx driver is the worst

Our driver keeps leaving our packages at the end of the driveway. There are no obstructions to the footpath or the doorstep and yet they refuse to deliver stuff to our door. We've had other delivery people from Amazon who are nice enough to carry them to the door with other deliveries. We've already lodged 2 complaints. Is it common practice for FedEx to deliver to the driveway now like a newspaper service?
