Need Advice - Is MOCA the best solution?
Hey hivemind! Thanks in advance for your advice, here's my use case.
I have a 2400sq ft home with Cox internet (1,000 gb down), their provided modem, the above Asus router and am struggling to get good coverage in my home. Out of necessity, the modem and router are currently placed near the front of the home.
I want to increase my overall coverage and speed, with an emphasis on delivering max speeds to the entertainment center in the front of the house and a home office.
Running cable isn't a current option, so my thought was to use the above MOCA adapters to create 2 access points, one in my office, one in the back bedroom (while keeping the main router out front with the modem) and then .... mesh? just use as AP's? I could really use your input on this as I'm somewhat knowledgeable on this but also smart enough to know that I could be completely wrong on this.
In short... help? :)
