Safety Gear Recommendations?

So I do a lot of hand polishing, and I'm struggling with getting a face full of polish. Literally coated from my hairline to my chin. I use a nose/mouth mask and I have a vacuum box for grinding in but, when polishing fine details like clustered bezels I need to be able to see a lot more than I can through the screen of the box. Any suggestions to keep myself a little cleaner while still being able to see? I don't have a microscope at my bench and my eyes are good enough that I don't need one for most of the polishing. But I look like a coal miner some days and I'd like to be able to not.
