Calling all farmers

Discussion

While everyone is clawing for those last few DocuSigns (I've seen you open it 3 times, SIGN IT), it'd be great to have some conversation about a less discussed role in this sub, Account Management.

All the Sdr and AE content here has useful pieces of information that I've been able to implement with varying degrees of success, but to all my AM homies:

  • What have you been doing this year that you're going to take into next year?

  • What are you going to stop doing because it's not working?

  • What advice would you give to your past self just getting comfortable in the position?

  • Feel free to add more, I know we all have the time instead of endlessly refreshing dashboards and Outlook

I'm only about 5 years into my sales career going from AM->AE->AM again, so any resources that focus a bit more on the farmer side of the business would be appreciated, too!

I’d love to follow this! I’m a new Enterprise AM and could absolutely use the resources. Thanks for starting the discussion…
