Parallel superimposition ending

It seems to me at the end of all the cutscenes that the real Yorktown and all those other sunken ships were repaired using the type-ll hull data SKK and TB pulled from the reality lens. And now they’re with us again? Or am I misunderstanding things and that final cutscene is some dream the “fake” Yorktown is having
