Type Three Civ

I saw a different post here wondering about the technological limits of the game with some comments discussing about a type three civ which makes me wonder, has anyone here been so mentally impaired to even attempt doing such a thing. And yes, I know there are limits on the amount of mega structures you can create but there are the mods to counter that. So has anyone here tried to make a Dyson sphere in every system?
