It wasn't that long ago that memorial bands were for those KIA and killed in the line of duty. Being reckless and stupid with your motorcycle/car didn't count, and neither did self-checkout. But I guess the junior Marines of a non-combat era want to "feel cool" and get memorial bands made for anything and everything?

Even worse, the hills of Mateo and Horno are now filled with the same nonsense. Those who should be remembered and memorialized are being smothered by those who do nothing more than validate the weekend safety brief.

This tank suddenly shows a 30% loss in fuel economy and showing a 1537 code. Finding mixed reports online, any thoughts here or if they are even related?

Noticed a substantial pattern shift in my fuel logs and started looking into it. Eliminated all other possible options and have determined it to be the tires.

Previous tires: Michelin Premier A/S SL

New tires: Michelin Cross Climate 2

Using the same route, same cruise control, same weight, 100% highway for the tank, Cross Climate 2's resulted in ~8.5% reduction in fuel economy.

Other than the fuel economy, the traction is excellent, cuts through water like its not even there, and they run smooth.

Anyone else notice this loss in fuel economy when switching to CC2's?

I searched the sub with a few key words but didn't find my answer.

Are out of state visitors able to purchase firearms at the Experience Center shop? Are they sold at a discount or is military discount offered in person? Do firearms purchases still need to be shipped to your FFL if traveling through the restricted states to the south?

Thank you kindly.

My wife's 2014 TDI sportwagen has been having this issue since we bought the vehicle "new" in 2018 once it was released from the hold. A dealership is finally willing to do something about it and replaced the in-tank fuel pump a couple months ago but now the frequency of the issue has drastically increased, meaning whatever they did just made it worse.

I believe it is either air getting in the fuel line, or the high pressure fuel pump is not working when the failure happens. Prior to replacing the fuel pump, it was infrequent but concerning, almost always happening on a warm engine. Since the fuel pump has been replaced, it has been happening almost every time the vehicle is used and has n

What is that one item that you really wanted, didn't buy, and are glad you didn't in hindsight?

Also, what is an item you did buy that didn't live up to the hype?

Mine:

Near-regret: Honeybadger

Missed the mark: any of my four CGS cans
