I am looking for a conservative or conservative reform synagogue that will accept me and my girlfriend. I want to introduce her to judaism and this will be her first visit. We do not currently have a synagogue and live at the beaches area.

Can you please recommend a place that is welcoming but not too intrusive we can celebrate pray and hear the shofar?

I have ER on Steam and the switch 2. I want to play with my girlfriend to help her through. Is this doable? Or is there no cross platform/lan option?

I have a ‘soldered’ switch and a switch 2. And a pc Elden Ring. Anyone got an idea how i copy my saved over to switch?

What I’m thinking is if there’s a pc to switch save conversion, I can try to upload/import the save using my switch, into the switch 2.

I will not bore you with my absolute worst timings plus idiotic moves. TLDR went balls deep just before the 08 crash. Zero bails took a decade to recover. I was so traumatized that when Covid fell 30% and thanks to Bill ackman and co sold and shorted waiting for the double dip that never came. I lost my pants. Since then been in pretty much losing to inflation with the lamest 4% before tax when I could have grown much much more.

So now, I’m about to pull the trigger for the 3RD time and dump my entire into ETFs. This my friends is your exit sign.

My escooter had a flat and I decided to get a tubeless tire installed it and it’s absolutely perfect.

I read that some people just remove the inner tube. Since to me it seems better to just have a tubeless tire I can plug vs replacing an inner tube each time, can I just remove the inner tube, put a valve in and go on my merry way!

Would like to invest. Where would you recommend I start?

Currently live in my condo. We’re planning to buy a house in the winter. The condo is worth ~300k with 100k mortgage left. I have 20 years left at 3.5%. Rent would get me about 2k/month. Mortgage +hoa is about 1150/month.

I want to keep this condo and rent it out whenever we buy our house. I like the idea of having this condo forever (great location). But I don’t know if that’s the smartest move for the future.

Should I: keep the condo and mortgage as is and periodically rent/abb it? Pay it off in full and rent it out? Or sell the condo when we buy our house?

I haven’t always made the best decisions and hoping you find folks can help me plan ahead.
