I work in compliance at a manufacturer that recently started defense work. We are a subcontractor (I’m sure many tiers down the chain) with no direct contracts with the government. We are trying to understand what information that we receive is actually CUI. Based on the description of CUI we believe at least some of what we are sent could be CUI. But nothing we receive has any CUI markings, we are never informed what info is CUI from our customers, and when we asked directly the Buyer in Procurement and Engineer from that company did not know the answer.

Does the CUI you receive always include CUI markings, or are you informed in some other way what the CUI is? Thanks!

2019 Season Review

Record: 9-7
Ranks by DVOA Offense: 17th Defense: 9th Special Teams: 23rd Coming off an appearance in the Superbowl, the 2019 season was one of inconsistency and transition. The team finished with a record of 9-7, coming this close to the playoffs. To keep it brief, the offense struggled to run and pass with a poor line, the defense played up and down, and special teams had an uncharacteristically poor year.

Offseason Review

The offseason goals Coach Mcvay had were clear:

1) Make the team more matchup-specific and diverse, rather than sticking to one style of play. He wants his team to be

The rams should do all they can to trade down. For a number of reasons:

  1. We are missing our second round pick, though we are projected to have 2 third round picks

  2. The draft slot is valuable at 31. A qb needy team may want to grab their qb at the end of the first round so that they have the 5th year option. Plus, the pats could use a qb as well so moving ahead of them may be important

  3. We need cheap, quality depth on the roster. Our roster is becoming mature with a number of sizable contracts in place and Goff’s coming. We need young cheap talent to play a big role in keeping this team competitive while our opportunities to add through free agency are limited

  4. Snead and our scout

Here's how the buildup to FA for the Rams is going to go. In an interview at the combine on Friday, Mcvay said that they would be meeting with Donald's agents next week (so this week). The front office is stuck until they get Donald's deal done. They can't move forward until they have Donald's cap number for this year locked in. I'm sure promises were made last offseason that it would be done this time around, so Donald showed up and played. He won DPOY, so there's no gray area where the two sides have to meet. He's going to be the highest paid defensive player. His new deal will be announced within the next 7 days (before FA begins).

Sammy Watkins will not be re-signed and will hit

I remember reading that Snead and Demoff flew up to New England to interview him last year. So glad he isn't our coach. The guy was very egotistical and unprofessional in his time as the Denver HC, and it seems that hasn't changed. I'm convinced McVay doesn't have an egotistical bone in his body. Regardless of how next season goes, I 100% believe in him as our coach.

I just tried to win my 3rd promo series to diamond and failed, but noticed the most time a game took was 24 minutes. I get that people understand how to close out games at this point, but I feel like as a support my ability to carry is taken from me. Either my lanes win and we stomp, or my lanes lose and we get stomped. How can I slow the games down?

I think this would be a great addition to the game. Make it cost enough RP so that people cannot afford to use every game, and it should have a low impact on the queue health. I think it would be great to have a way to guarantee your primary role when in your promos for a game. I'm sure they would make a good bit of money off this too.

Thoughts? Have they ever made any public comments surrounding this?

Hello, I just wanted to take a moment and talk about Zilean - a support that is often forgotten but extremely strong. I'm going to highlight some of the things he brings to your game and hopefully convince you to give him a try!

Strengths The strongest part of Zilean's kit is his ultimate, which allows you to save a teammate from getting picked. This is immeasurably strong in solo queue. In the later stages of the game, having a teammate picked off can immediately lose you the game. Also, it serves as insurance against an enemy laner getting super fed. Ever have those games where there's a 11-1 Talon or Quinn who can just zoom around the map and blow up your adc? You can prevent t
