Does anyone know where I can find a list for what materials and amounts are needed for breakthrough levels in the future?

Unable to use in game chat since day 1, submitted a ticket yesterday asking about it. Day 1 registration had me enter my birthday, born in 1991 30yo. Registration still had me put my cc info in for parental consent, thought it was weird but whatever. Got a response this morning and ticket was closed. Either their chat restrictions block adults from chatting or support is dogshit and didn't do their due diligence when responding.

I'm getting an error whenever I try to type into any chat.
"Unable to enter chat messages, please use quick chat instead"
Wondering if anyone has a fix to this. Currently level 27, haven't been able to chat since start, tried in different areas nothing works.

Going to be on the road a lot for the next few years and I’m looking for a laptop that will give me the absolute best performance I can find. Coming from a desktop I’m not even sure where to start. Open to suggestions price range up to 3k, maybe 4k if needed.
