New dumb Shroud theory

Spoiler⚠️ Spoiler Discussion

What if the reason Shroud wears the mask is because he's undergone fully body replacement? Nothing is human anymore, all robot. The mask is his actual new face.

It'd be a cool mirror to Robert. "Make the man Mecha." Also gives him more reason to want the Astral Pulse, to power his own robot body.

This is driving me nuts because I swore it was No Rest for the Wicked, but I can find no evidence they used the store art I remember.

I'm 100% sure it had a red background prominently featuring a yellow haired hero. 90% sure he had a sword. 75% he had a blue or blue lined jacket. And 50% sure it was like an indie overhead hack and slash.

This is driving me crazy.

Assembled my first box of warriors. Their left arms fit snugly in the socket. The right arms, on the otherhand, just hang out waiting for thr chest to hold them in place. They wiggle and if the chest isn't fully snug, they just fall out.

Why can't they both fit as pin in socket?

I ended up gluing that right arm on half of them. And may go back for the other half.

As the title said, I'm looking to pick up my second box of WH 40k minis. Pretty new at this, mainly interested in painting them, but preparing for the day I might do some casual play. And when that day comes I'd like to play a CSM army with some Primaris mixed in to represent a custom Alpha Legion warband I have in mind.

But maybe the bigger problem is I know nothing about the rules. And I know about the same amount for what won't annoy people in a game store if I try proxying.

So what's a good idea?

I'm really looking at Primaris Hellblasters. Because I love plasma guns. But would throwing out 10 plasma gun Legionaries be a no-no?

Second choice is Heavy Intercessors. The armor looks inc

They always optimize the fun out of adventurizing. Tank, DPS, Healer. Or Warrior, Rogue, Mage. This is boring as hell and I'm getting sick of it.

Sometimes I want Half-Tank, Half-Tank, Support, and DPS.

Sometimes I want Tank, DPS, Debuffer, Healer.

But most of the time I simply want Tank, DPS, Support, and Best Friend. I want to bring an extra fun character along that is sub-optimal. Usually because they already share a class with a more important character, typically mine.

I'm playing a Mage and realizing if I want to take full advantage of detonations, I for some reason have to give up hearing banters from three members of the cast ever again.

I swear, every single Lethal group I've been in today that actually loaded into the mission, bar one, had the other two guys who just run away when the first Terminus enemy showed up.

Here's a tip, they don't go away. You can't activate the thing to progress either. You just got yourself stuck in a box until the Terminus enemy and all the other enemies you dodge rolled past catch up to you.

I have a theory on the nature of the setting of Elden Ring. To put it simply, it exists as one land in a cycle of life and death. People would die in a different world and wake up in The Lands Between. Then they would die in The Lands Between and wake up in yet another world.

As such it exists as a single spoke in a wheel of souls. That is until Marika tried to break it entirely.

The Numen famously came to the Lands Between in giant stone coffins. But these coffins weren't simply ships with a morbid cultural afectation. They were actual coffins meant to carry people into the afterlife. How can I be so sure?

The Suppressing Pillar. "All manner of death wash up here, only to be suppressed.
