Pizda's post on Thom from La Jolla and the Non-Sequitur was inspiring.

Just went to grab some things from the store. Customer with (non-service) dog is one line over. After ringing up my stuff, the cashier steps out of her place to start petting the customer's dog.

I'm livid, of course, so I grab the receipt as quickly as possible so she can't touch it. I should have said something, but I tend to shut down under stress.

Went to look up where I could file a complaint. Found something for the county where I live. They claim you can file anonymously, but won't let me submit the form without giving them an email address. So much for anonymous.
