Does anyone remember the custom “New Jersey” Yugioh Format?

I recall years ago watching a video on this absolutely insane format of Yugioh in which like maybe 25-50 players from New Jersey came up with a whole new rule set and played in this bizarre format. At the time, there was a video about it as someone stumbled upon the website they used to host their custom banlist but I can’t seem to find any traces of this, so I feel as though I am suffering from the Mandela effect, and no, I am not talking about Edison.

Does anyone else remember hearing about this format or seeing this elusive video?

Lying to my current employer about another interview?

Hi All,

I recently took a job that works totally remote and have only been in the position for 2 weeks. To my surprise another employer I was higher on finally got back to me and has offered to fly me to another state to meet them in-person for a final interview/offer presentation.

I have not told my employer yet that I will need next Wednesday off yet to do this (nor will I be telling them the truth about why I need the time off). However, the predicament is that I have not yet accrued any ETO/PTO and had prior commitments to attend to before even taking the role (I.e. a wedding from July 19th through the 22nd in which I am a member of the wedding party).
