Hry guys

So I've got a promo in mind, lets say i give to the first 1 million customers 10% of the stock in my company.

Would that be legal on a worldwide basis?

I understand you don't have to report it in terms of taxes by just receiving the stock, but only when you sell it.

Could i get into trouble by doing this? assuming I'm the only founder and the stock gift would only take place when we turn the company public.

Thanks.

Hey guys, so reading some of the largest homebuilders in the us, i find it interesting the fact they can build 90k homes in a year with as little as 13k employees

so that's 6 homes per year per employee

thats too good to he true

do they have seasonal, temporary employees they don't factor in these metrics?

thanks

Hey guys, so i need to fundraise to launch a mutual insurance company to solve a huge issue, but I don't wanna make money out of it, I'm thinking of crowdfunding because otherwise investors don't wanna provide with funding as a forprofit otherwise.

We would be solving a huge underserved issue as theres nobody doing anything about it.
