Purchased a new M4 MacBook Air recently, but my 2013 Retina (A1502) MBP is booting directly into Recovery Mode and I'm hoping to pull some user files off the drive before I get the Air.

While in Recovery Mode it shows the drive and multiple unmounted partitions and doing a repair disk returns an error about not having an efi partition. None of those partitions will mount while in Recovery.

Since I don't really care about the OS and just need user files what are some inexpensive adapters I could use to put the SSD in an external enclosure to pull files off of? It seemed like a lot of the adapters were to go to the other way.

Booking the last few flights for a honeymoon, seeing if some of these flights are do-able.

I'll be staying in Santorini, Dubrovnik, St. Tropez & Amsterdam and I'm looking for flights between each of the locations and most of what I’m finding on Booking.com are self transfer flights. A flight from the US to JTR is already locked in, as well as the return from AMS to the US.

I know self transfer is inherently risky, but considering Booking lists the transfer as protected, do these layover times leave enough wiggle room to recheck a bag if necessary?

Haven't landed on we want to fly into Nice or Toulon Hyères Airport, hence the two options.

Hey all.

Have an iPod Classic with the iFlash-Solo kit. Currently using a 512GB SD card that was working perfectly. For some reason the iPod wasn't showing up in macOS so I took the SD card out hoping to start fresh with it.

I was able to wipe the card clean when using an adapter, but now when in the iPod it just says no partition found, and that it's entering USB Mode... Bootloader USB mode.

How can I get this working again?

There is a Specialty Equipment item that partially goes through two Generic Model elements that for the life of me I'm unable to get to display properly (aside from just drawing lines). The Specialty element is in 1 link, the Generic Models are in another.

It's a section view that is set to Hidden Line, the discipline is set as Structural & Show Hidden Lines set to Discipline. The view does not have any sort of filter or template applied, and the linked files have their Display Settings set to "By Host View". If I change "Show Hidden Lines" to All, it does display correct, however additional

Currently running TrueNAS-12.0-U7, accessing share via macOS I was in the process of setting up a jail for Plex, and in doing so somehow the permissions on one of my datasets on a Pool got messed up & I see no files.

When mounting to the share in macOS using the username/password created in the TrueNAS GUI, it shows 0 files, yet the available space shows that about 80% is used. While the share is mounted I have no issue writing. The "bad" dataset is HD-Movies which is on a Pool named HD-Movies.

What I see in Finder

If I do a ls -l within shell it yields:

Currently using a Pixel 6, running Android 12.

Anytime I'm listening to music via Bluetooth earbuds and my phone rings/vibrates I'm unable to get music playing again. The volume slider shows call volume and Bluetooth volume but it doesn't actually change the music volume. It happens if I answer the phone or ignore the call. I've tried turning Bluetooth on/off, forgetting & reconnecting them.

Only fix I've seen is restarting the device.

Currently both Radarr and Sonarr are running in jails in Freenas. I'm using Qbittorrent on my local machine and having it download to an external drive. Since Freenas isn't able to see the location of the external, none of the files get moved over to the final location Radarr/Sonarr sees.

Without setting the download location in Qbittorrent to a dataset that Radarr/Sonarr sees, is there any way I can have files moved automatically? I've looked into port mapping but I don't think that's the solution.

Just trying to avoid a bunch of writes to the drives, or am I just being paranoid about it?

I don't know if this is a carrier related thing or if its related to RCS/Chat Features, which I currently have enabled. Thought something was going on because it seemed like every time I opened Messages (Google) it seemed I got a new text.

Checked the details of the specific message and one of my more recent ones says it was sent 8/14/20, 13:51. Received time was 8/14/20, 15:59. During the entire period I was on my home WiFi

I don't have any app that kills things in the background, and I'm unable to change if Battery Optimization is enabled or not.

Device is Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 on AT&T.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Just upgraded to 10.15.4 using Music 1.0.4.104 and I can't find it anywhere. Can't seem to even show album art in a playlist with the view option set to "Songs".
