I've noticed it more than a few times and there was no puddle or wall close enough and it will drop the four potions and... nothing.

Which should be impossible as their drop pool REQUIRES them to drop a gem/rune/magic item/rare item/unique item.

I thought maybe I just missed a puddle or something but it has happened over a dozen times now.

It's maybe because I'm a little baby level 46 support Paladin but I have level 18 Conviction to support groups until I reroll.

Infinity has a level 12 Conviction and breaks (most) immunities.

Did they change something to make getting a Sunder even more important or is it just that I'm level 46 in relation to higher level mobs?

I've purchased the expansion and when I make a new Warlock he gets the new tabs but on my other NL characters I have no expanded stackable stash.

If my character has the "X" for expansion do I not have access to those rune/gem tabs?

So I have a small form factor PC and it has a 4070 Super in it.

My roommate has an extremely loud obnoxious car that he simply has to rev in the garage which sits directly beneath my room.

The vibration from this stupid fucking car (that isn't even very fast) literally rumbles my room to the point where if I lay a spoon on my desk I can watch it move and hear various metallic things on my desk "buzz" for lack of a better word.

I have asked him to back it out of the garage before he does it but "the car just does that" (strange since when you back it out it doesn't).

Every time I open the door to the car I would hear (from what I've heard) the sound of the brakes priming themselves for 6-11 seconds but as of today I don't hear it at all.

I recently had the brake fluid replaced at a mechanic that has worked on countless Gen3 Priuses and Ct200h's.

Is this normal? Should I be worried? Brakes still work perfectly fine.

It only didn't make the noise upon entering the car today but I've heard that sound for well on a year of owning the vehicle.

One of the fans on my RTX 4070 is FOR sure moderately out of place or in desperate need of oil as I can hear an extremely irritating moderate level of whining (doesn't impact performance).

Is it similar to a case fan where I can peel back the middle sticker and apply some machine oil to the bearing or do I need to get an entirely new faceplate with new fans?
