I’m wondering if anyone knows of any public commute options for people who live in Cincinnati and work in Lexington (at UK). Is there any shuttle, bus, carpool group, or other regular transportation service that connects the two cities for daily work commuters?

Any tips, links, or personal experiences would be really appreciated.

We are moving to the area and considering buying in NKY. We have 9-5 jobs at UC. Reqlistically how would our day to day life look like? We’ve never been to Cincinnati and just wanted to get a feel whats going on. Why everyone is complaining about bridge commute? We would be taking I-71 bridge as we are looking more on west side houses. Any insight is highly appreciated.

We are completely new to the cincy area. Looking for a new construction house in good neighboorhood. What are the cons of Dreess or Fischer homes? Why are they so expensive? Would appreciate all the input. No kids budget: 1m max

My husband is a long time lakers fan and he always wanted to see a game in person. I am planning to surprise him on his birthday for nuggets match in Denver in two weeks. I am looking at section 128 tickets coating $500 / each. Is this a good price? Is this the best game I can get tickets if I want to do an away game since LA is far from us living in midwest. Thank you soooo much in advance for your recommendations!

Can you purchase commercial plane tickets to New Haven directly? Google flights only show me BDL and HPN airport which is 45miles away? Is this the best way to get to New Haven from south?

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone here has matched into a program where they had absolutely no post-interview communication? I'm curious to hear about your experiences and whether this impacted your ranking decisions or programs ranking decision. The post IV silence could be scary.

I had to ask here since you guys are on the other side of it now. Thanks in advance for sharing your insights!

Self assessment

Study methods

Hi guys,

I am in need of a self assessment exam apart from uworld or nbmes or free120. I remember amboss and usmle-rx had some but now I can’t find that option in their websites? Is it a recurring thing and they do not have it all the time? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Study methods

Hi all,

I genuinely need help. This is my second time doing step 1 (failed once last year). I have been studying on and off but right now I have 6 weeks dedicated but I have no clue what to do. I need some immediate help and guide. Too much material to cover and I am confused. I really appreciate any insight or mentoring recommendations.

I have been in the program for 3 years now and just finished comprehensive. My not so easy not so nice advisor is moving to a top ranked uni and asked me to move with him or find a new lab in the same uni I am currently in. Tough descision as I have been praying to be done with all his micromanaging and passive aggresive behavior every day and being around him brought a lot of anxieties and depression into my life. But now its really hard for me abondoning my project after working so hard for it and also the chance of moving to a top institution. I would appreciate any insight or advice❤️
