I am new to Templars and it sounds ridiculous I know, but I just found I have 6 bladeguard and a Judiciar. 3 I knew of from the combat patrol which I hadn't built because it seems conventional wisdom is that they don't suit BT so well. Then when I was looking for something else and had a look in my old Indomitus box and realized I had 3 more bladeguard plus the Judiciar still new on sprue.

I guess I'm wondering if I should list them for sale and use the $ to buy a Repulsor Executioner or if the unit still has legs. I have an impulsor to carry them around if that makes a difference.

How would you decide if you wanted to keep or offload them?

Is there a consensus for where to get the rectangular shoulder pad for kitbashing a Marshal?

I’d like to get into BTs and have some Warhammer knowledge already. However I’m confused by the different units names.

1. captains and lieutenants are marshals and castellans? Anything else?
2. people talk about sword bros but that’s not a specific unit right?
3. sword brethren unit can be made as a 4 +1 castellan? Any downsides or is this generally the way to go?
4. crusader squad can build a dude as a sword bro. Is that just like a weapon specialist in the unit or will I make an unplayable 9 man unit + 1 cool guy?
5. any “gotchas” from building the combat patrol? (For 40k, not Combat Patrol the game mode)

Seems like Armageddon sold out here (Aus) very quickly - same speed as Indomitus. Leviathan on the other hand had loads - more than enough so that if you wanted one you could get one.

Is that how it seems in your part of the world too?

Was wondering if Chosen loadout changed much when war gear went free. Did chosen used to be more minimally equipped or have they always carried everything they do now? 11th is around the corner and I can see nominal charges for powerfists and special weapons.

I tried to look it up but it's not on the guardsman sheet so I wonder if its not or in legends.

I hope we don't have to wait long - I mean it'd have to come before 11th.

Sorry this is more a banking question but chances are many of you will have encountered this too and have an answer for me.

I have the problem that when I travel without roaming, I can't receive the secure codes for Visa and end up getting blocked from various purchases.

NAB won't/can't undo the OTP requirement, my girlfriend's ANZ undid it instantly temporarily.

Before I dump 30+ years of history with NAB, do you have advice on who offers similar functionality with good banking? Can this be done with NAB and I'm just using the wrong words/talking to the most stupid support person in the company?

I copied a midwinter minis which is a skin tone with white, then a light purple glaze which is good but not enough contrast on the face.

Am aiming for 1000 points and have a Russ with battle cannon/plasma/las. What would you recommend for the second tank?

I have the kill team kriegs box and have researched that I can reasonably easily kitbash an arm off a different piece to make both the melta and plasma gunners.

My question is - did I do it wrong? Was there a proper way to build a 10 man unit where I didn't need to cut up a piece?

Is it consensus that it was a mistake they didn't include another right arm for the special weapons?

The plasma and melta guns are both included in the PM kit but as far as I can see, only one set of arms.

Does anyone have a tip for being able to make both from the same kit?
