I've set so many alarms atp reminding me to stretch but tbh my mind goes blank, and I don't have the motivation to do it on my own.

I'd like to find an app that aligns with my goals, and ideally incorporates things like yoga blocks and sliders, so that I can just follow along daily.

Goals: splits(side esp), hip rotations, pointing toes/ankles.. some extra back flexibility as well.. and also active flexibility

Seeing a strong dislike to like ratio does not actually weed out bad content— it just makes me want to find out what makes it controversial even more. If I really want to rule out bad content, I read the top comments since ppl are pretty vocal about when something wasted a few mins of their life.

I feel like the dislike count was removed to prevent ppl from going on content creator’s pages for the sole purpose of “destroying them”— when in truth any engagement is probably good for them.
