Willing to buy whatever. Used approximately half a can for chicken tacos tonight and would hate to waste the rest, I know I'm going to use at least a little for chili this weekend but otherwise I am totally open! I'm a fairly competent home cook & I've got your standard kitchen tools.

Also it is complete garbage that recipes are like "2 chipotles in adobo" but the smallest cans are like 7oz, what the hell?? Then the remainder languishes in the fridge until I eventually have to throw it out. Trying to avoid that this time.
