Incoming bad grammar, i’m so sorry

my pc powers on u can see the lights and stuff but the acutal screen won’t connect and my keyboard and mouse is not turning on like i can see the fans spinning like it’s running but it’s not displaying anything and keyboard and mouse is not connecting. i went into bios and enabled virtualization and then when i saved it never booted again

What ive tried already: Resetting CMOS with a screwdriver 10 seconds Taking out CMOS battery 5 minutes put it back in Switching out ram sticks and trying with each one only

None worked, keep in mind this happened because I enabled SVM/virtualization in bios and now it never fully turns on and it sounds like air is being
