Hi all, the radio tuner in my 2019 CX-5 only goes up to 1602 AM. I want to listen to SEN in Adelaide which is 1629 AM. Any idea how to get it working? Any SEN fans in Adelaide have a solution, besides streaming from the app? Cheers.

Hi there. New to camping/4WD. I’m lucky enough to have come into some spare money and have about $70k to go towards a new camping trailer and new family car to tow it. Planning on camping, National parks etc with young kids, don’t think I’ll need too much of a hardcore off-road 4WD set up as not planning on going too remote. If you had $70k to go towards a new camping trailer and car, what would you go for/how would you split it? Just looking for some rough answers to start with to get me looking in the right direction. Hi all, appreciate any advice. We recently sold our investment property, contract signed, settlement due in March. The purchaser conducted a building inspection and found that the oven wasn’t working, which we had no knowledge of. There was no mention of this from the previous tenant and nothing in the final condition report.

Our conveyancer has said we are not obliged to pay for a replace/replacement, as the contract was signed and property sold as is. Still, I would be disappointed if I was the purchaser and found the oven wasn’t working.

Should I -

1. Inform the purchaser that unfortunately the property was sold as it?
2. Offer to repair/replace the oven?
3. Offer to go halves in
