*Hello everyone! It's been a while. As of late, I've been struggling with motivation to work on the story, which has been what's lead to the inconsistent and long periods between chapters. Before there're any worries, I'm not putting the story on hiatus or anything. I'm working on finalizing how I want the story to end, so hopefully having the rest of the story planned out will help with getting it all written. On the side, I've also been experimenting with some new ideas for stories to help reinvigorate my creativity, some of which I might even share at some point. But that'll be after this story is wrapped up. Again, sorry for the delays. But despite all that, I still very much appreciate

And here we are. At long last, it's coming time to leave the Archives. Rekker needs a vacation after all of this. Working on getting these chapters written at a better pace with the college semester being wrapped up. Still have a busy summer, but should be easier to get writing done. Never thought I'd ever get this far with a story before. Over 300 pages, 156,000 words, and still going on all this time later. There is a charting drink that will summon an enemy that doesn't specifically target you. That being the >!Troll Queen!<drink. I recently saw someone summon it at the Pandemonium dock to fight it. It was amusing to see, so I thought I'd do the same and fight it there. Turns out, it doesn't target only you. Before I had the chance to attack, it started attacking someone on a raft and sunk them, before chasing a skiff off into the distance. Wish I got a screenshot of it before the devs inevitably patch it.

So... It's been a while. A lot, lot longer than I intended. The short of it essentially being that classes took up so much of my focus that I didn't have much energy to work on the story in addition to some bad creative burnout. I ain't giving up on the story though. I'm slowly coming back around, but I don't want to make any promises on how long it'll be between chapters. So it may be a while between chapters, but I intend to continue. For all of you still sticking around, thank you very much. I appreciate all the love and support for the story.

So about being unable to keep a consistent schedule. College starting up hit me a lot harder than I expected and really killed my muse. I'm sorry for how long it took to get this chapter out. I'll be doing my best to keep writing and hopefully won't have such a long break between chapters, but do expect the posting schedule to be inconsistent. Hello everyone, I apologies for the very delayed chapter. With university starting back up, I'm likely going to be unable to keep a consistent schedule for a while. Unfortunately, life has taken an unexpected turn for me and I haven't been able to dedicate the time I normally do to my writing.
