Hello!

For years, I have been doing a push/pull/legs routine every week. I am very consistent and I feel strong, but lately I have been reading more about working out at the gym and how could I improve.

Right now, when I perform my push workout for instance, I do not activate the area again until one week later and that might be hampering my progress. Also, I dread leg day.

One of the consensus I have read about and could fit my schedule, is switching to a 3 day full body routine so I'm going to try that.

I also noticed that some people plans a Workout A and a Workout B, and does A-B-A and then the next week does B-A-B. Others introduce a C variant.

I have planned these two workouts and

So I’m wondering, how do you approach the use of weapons so far.

Do you use signature weapons or you just play whatever weapons you feel at that moment, you adjust depending on map or situation…

Personally, I play with signature weapons but yesterday I tried the M277 (Carbine, so it doesn’t have any trait with any class) which I happened to absolutely love, and made me reconsider my approach.

So now I’m leaning more towards a Battlefield 4 approach. Common weapons between classes will be Carbines and DMR.

This way, I force myself to play a wide variety of weapons classes and, at the same time, I have my comfort weapons I can play with every class.

Hello!

Since I’ve updated to the 3.6 stable, I can’t connect my Xbox One controller wired. Bluetooth works fine, but not wired (guide button keeps blinking).

Things I’ve tried and don’t work:

Trying a different cable Trying another Xbox One controller

Things that work:

Wired PS4 controller Wired Steam Controller

Are you people experiencing the same behaviour?

Hello fellow gamers!

I am wondering how is the performance for you using Remote Play, the latest Steam Client update and with hardware decoding turned on.

Hardware Decoding in the Deck always had issues, especially with frame times whereas software decoding is perfect although it uses more battery life and has slight slowest decoding time.

In the last Steam client updates, I’ve noticed in the patch notes that they did some changes to the Remote Play menu so I decided to give another try to hardware decoding just to find out it is even worse than before.

I get 60-70% of lost frames and a yellow tint.

Are you guys having the same experience?

Hey all,

I fly with TrackIR and I use completely flat curves with all axis on, trueview, 15 smoothing but I have an sticky centre. More than sitcky, what it happens is that when my view crosses the centre, I get like sucked in to it which it is quite annoying in a dogfight and it doesn't feel smooth to look around with this.

I have checked YouTube videos from other people and it doesn't happen to them. Also DCS is completely fine and TIR software shows completely smooth movements.

Do you know what may be happening?

I have been fighting this issue for years, I even tried more obscure causes of the issues like [this one](https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/48514-annoying-pilot-head-cente

Hello!

So I very often use Moonlight in the Steam Deck. It is added as a non-steam game for ease of use, but the problem is my status shows “Playing Moonlight” and not the game I am actually playing.

I have tried adding the launch parameter -noinapp but Moonlight is not launching when I add that.

Do you know any solution?

Thanks.

Hi!

I have been playing Hades lately with a limit of 60 hz to save some battery life. However, after 3.5.17 the frametime is all over the place with this limit.

If I switch to 90 hz then it is fine, but 60 hz feels stuttery.

Anyone else experiencing the same? Any fix?

I have the OLED by the way.

Thanks!
